One Design System. Multiple Brands.

Rapid digitization creates a hidden problem: every team builds their own patterns. Buttons that look different. Flows that contradict. Work duplicated without anyone knowing.

The Brief This financial group had exactly that — across multiple brands, platforms, and internal teams with no shared reference point. The ask wasn't just design. It was infrastructure.

What We Built We architected a Master Design System from the ground up. 150+ foundational UI elements. Modular interaction rules. A single source of truth that worked across device types and brand lines.

The Harder Work The harder work was human. Facilitating the knowledge transfer that made internal teams confident enough to use it, adapt it, and eventually own it.

What Lasted A component library that became the foundation for every digital release that followed — without us in the room.
