The Signal Users were leaving. Not loudly. Just quietly choosing alternatives.

What We Did We came in not to rebrand, but to fix the experience. Working closely with client-side teams, we modernized key user journeys — respecting the existing brand while removing the friction that was costing them users.

How We Worked The changes were methodical, not dramatic. Better information hierarchy. Cleaner flows. Interactions calibrated for mobile-first behavior.

Evidence The outcome showed up later, in public data: digital adoption reached 88.8%. AUM grew 21%.
